Caretaker Wanted – Heart of Newhaven

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Caretaker to join our team at the Heart of Newhaven.

Hours: 16 hours per week
Working Pattern: Predominantly evenings and weekends
Pay: Real Living Wage

The successful candidate will help ensure our building is safe, secure, clean, and welcoming for all users. Duties will include opening and closing the premises, setting up and clearing spaces for activities, carrying out basic maintenance tasks, and helping to keep the building running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Practical and proactive

• Friendly and approachable

• Able to work independently

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
